Photos and videos: I may take photos and videos during your training session to analyse your technique, show technical progress of an exercise or to document your results but only if you are happy with this and consent to it. I would not use any photos or video of you for marketing purposes unless you have given me explicit written consent that you are happy for a specific photo or video to be published. You may withdraw your consent at any time.Please note. Visual identification: Your entrance and exit to my property will be recorded by a security front doorbell system. It is not shared with anyone else.However your name, contact number, email address and consultation appointment or training session time may be accessible to Stephen Down (my husband) via my Apple iCloud calendar in the event that I am unable to contact you myself. He has no access to any other personal information about you.Our accountant may possibly see your name and contact details on an invoice whilst processing our business accounts.We are compliant with regulations and keeping your data safe. I will provide you with access to the App to use as you wish for additional workouts, progress and habit tracking. Please refer to their privacy policy for more information.I utilise Stripe for payment processing and they are also fully GDPR compliant. Please refer to their privacy policy for more information.In the event of a data or security breach I will act according to the specific ICO regulations and protocols for the specific incident.
How long do I keep your information?
In short: I keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless required by law.I will only retain your personal information for as long as it is relevant and for a period of 7 years duration in case it is needed for legal purposes.This means that I retain information you provided me with when you signed up to my personal training services and throughout the time period of your training and for 7 years after you stopped training with me.In the case that you decide not to sign up with my services after an initial telephone or email enquiry I do not retain your personal information unless you request that I contact you to follow up within a period of 12 months.In the case that you decide not to sign up after an initial consultation I do not retain your health and medical information, fitness goals and lifestyle information. However, if you complete an introductory workout with your consultation I will retain your PARQ and informed consent form for legal purposes for a period of 7 years.When I have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, I will either delete or anonymise such information. Any sensitive personal information held in paper format will be shredded and disposed of appropriately.If you opt in for marketing communications at any stage in the future I will only process your contact information until you opt out (which you have the right to do any time).
